Create a slot in your calendar for some self-care. Light an aromatic candle in the bathroom. If you have a bathtub, fill it up for a bubble bath. Follow these simple steps for a facial refresher. First, cleanse with the moisturizing Rejuvenating Cleansing Gel. Then, using a brush (or your fingers), apply the Clarifying Moor Mud Masque evenly on your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. The moor mud gently exfoliates, deeply cleanses, and provides the skin with minerals and health-giving trace elements. It can be used 1-2 times per week.
